Marinated artichoke hearts baked together with sharp cheddar cheese, sautéed onions and fresh garlic. Served with lemon mayonnaise and crackers.     Two snow crab cakes, pan fried and served with spring greens tossed in champagne orange vinaigrette. Topped with tarragon aioli.
