At The Dodo Restaurant we pride ourselves on having a great team of chefs that work together to produce high quality products consistently for our guests. We recognize that it takes teamwork to make our restaurant great and we appreciate each person for their efforts.
As many of our "regulars" know, our great food has been the same for a long time. We feel that one reason we have been able to accomplish this is because most of our chefs have been with us for over ten years, some of them even twenty or more. Our newer members are great and fit in solidly with the veterans.
Our chefs are happy here because they feel that the atmosphere is very laid back and upbeat which makes work very enjoyable. Sebastian Robles Cuenca states, "The reason I have stayed working at The Dodo after all these years is because of the people I work with."
Although each chef puts in much of their time here at The Dodo they all have their own families and hobbies outside of work like everyone else. Many of them enjoying playing and watching soccer, in addition to other sports. Other hobbies also include spending time with their families and friends, going to church on Sundays, or watching movies with their loved ones.
